Tuesday	5.30 - 6.30pm 6.pm - 7.pm	All white belts/yellow stripes for a good beginners session. All yellow belts and higher join in.
Thursday	6pm - 7pm	All adults of any grade are welcome plus juniors of green belt grade and higher.

More sessions may be starting soon.

£3.50 per session for a single member.

£22 per month for a single member.

£34 per month for a family of up to 4 people.
